Local Content, From us to us

 The Local Content and Government Procurement Authority aims to drive national economic growth and enhance government procurement processes through continuous development and oversight, aligning with national strategies and economic goals. As a creative partner, we at Meshbak developed a marketing campaign to raise awareness about local content, highlighting its social and economic impact in line with the ambitious Vision 2030 objectives.

Work Strategy:

The grand campaign was launched to raise awareness and deepen public understanding of local content and its vital role in supporting the national economy. The campaign followed a comprehensive framework structured into key phases:

1- Market Research & Analysis 

We conducted in-depth market research to analyze the landscape, identify target audiences, and understand their needs and behaviors. Through interviews and benchmarking studies, we assessed public awareness of the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority. Our findings reinforced the need to educate audiences on the concept of local content, leading to the creation of the communication umbrella “Minna W Fina”—a platform designed to inform and engage the public about local content in Saudi Arabia.

2- Campaign Strategy & Planning

A well-defined strategy was developed, outlining clear objectives, core messages, and distribution plans. The team carefully crafted a communication strategy aligned with the Authority’s goals, selecting the most effective channels to maximize reach and impact.

3- Creative Concept Development

We designed innovative creative directions that align with the Authority’s identity and mission, ensuring that the message was conveyed in an engaging and relatable way. The campaign highlighted how local content intersects with daily life, showcasing its presence in various services and products.

4- Content Production & Execution

A series of compelling motion graphics videos and television ads were produced to illustrate the local content concept creatively. Utilizing advanced techniques and impactful storytelling, we crafted engaging narratives that captured audience interest and encouraged interaction.

5- Promotion Strategy & Execution

We developed and implemented a comprehensive digital promotion plan across various online platforms to ensure maximum audience reach. The most effective digital tools were selected to drive engagement, and dedicated campaign accounts and a website were established to enable precise performance tracking and seamless customer interaction.

6- Media Strategy & Public Relations

A well-structured media strategy was devised to enhance the campaign’s visibility and impact. This included crafting compelling press content, such as articles and press releases, to communicate key messages effectively. Additionally, strategic media appearances were arranged for decision-makers and officials from the Authority, ensuring well-positioned exposure across relevant channels.
