The common perception of hot air balloons is as a recreational tourist activity, but what if we told you that there is a Saudi organization responsible for regulating ballooning as an air sport, not just a leisure experience? This sparked the question: how can we highlight this role and introduce the Saudi Association ?
Work Strategy:
We began our journey with research and analysis to understand the Federation and its regional and global competitors, aiming to grasp its activities and role. This understanding and analysis were then translated into a communication and marketing strategy that included building a clear and defined methodology for all internal and external communication forms of the Federation. This ensured alignment with its positioning, activities, and target groups. We also identified internal communication channels to best represent the Federation within its team, while externally, we worked on shaping its image to reflect its role through digital platforms. Afterward, we moved on to implementing the strategy by developing content and digital designs, as well as managing social media accounts to ensure consistent posting and staying current with events important to the Federation.

- Building the Federation’s profile & Developing a sponsorship profile.
- Creating the marketing strategy.
- Designing website pages.
- Developing bilingual digital content & designs (Arabic and English).
- Managing social media accounts.
